How to apply
The procedure and deadlines for applying to the Master Nanosciences Nanotechnologies depend on your situation.
Applying through the portal "Etudes en France"
It is compulsory to apply through the site Etudes en France if your present higher education institution is not France, and if you are living in one of the countries listed below

Create an account, and then create your application file by choosing "Applicant". After filling your personal information, you will be asked to choose a program. Our master program is opened on Etudes en France. You can typically apply between October and December, but the actual deadline depends on the French ambassy of your country.
Once your application is validated, you will have an interview with Campus France. Your application will be reviewed at UGA only once your interview is completed.
You receive the UGA decision on your application through your Etudes en France account. Once accepted, you must choose our program in order to receive the official admission letter that will allow you to launch the visa application and administrative procedures.
Applying through the portal "ECandidat"
This procedure is opened only for an application in M2, and if:1) you are NOT living in one of the countries listed above
2) you Bachelor's diploma is NOT issued from a French institution
In this case, apply directly at Université Grenoble Alpes on the application ECandidat. The application period is between February and June. You will have to provide the following items:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Covering letter specifying your intended career path
- Copy of identity card or birth certificate for foreigners
- Copy of all acquired qualifications and degrees, including High School Diploma, certified as being equivalent in the case of qualifications obtained outside of France; Official translations of these documents must be provided in French or, at least, in English.
- Transcript of results specifying the marks obtained during the 4 years of higher education (Bachelor and eventually Master)
- A certificate of English language proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS or equivalent)
- Recommendation letters, provided by a professor with responsibilities for your current year of study.
Applying through the French portal "Mon Master"
If your Bachelor's diploma is from a French institution, you have to apply through the French portal MonMaster.If you apply in M1 and you are an international student living in a country NOT listed above, you have to file an administrative application through the french portal MonMaster. You may contact with the head of your choosen M1 track for help.
